Use of Electronic Devices

All subjects use Microsoft TEAMS to post learning resources and independent study work. In addition, students are given access to online learning platforms such as Seneca, Sparx, Isaac Physics, Kerboodle and they will be required to complete work using electronic devices.

Students use devices for accessing lesson resources, carrying out research activities, accessing online learning platforms and assessment tools (e.g. Kahoot). If all students have electronic devices available this will maximise learning time in lessons.

Misuse of their devices will result in confiscation.

Use of Mobile Phones and Smart Watches

We do acknowledge that many of our students spend a lot of time travelling and therefore it is important for them to have a phone to support safe travelling.

Students are not allowed to have any phones visible during the school day and they must be locked in their lockers. Any student found with a phone will have it confiscated.

Students are not allowed to wear smart watches, anyone caught wearing one will have it confiscated.
