Years 9-11

CAST is an inspiring, specialist science academy. Students can start their learning journey at CAST in year 9. Year 9 provides a foundation year for students to cover all the underpinning areas they need to be successful at GCSE and Sixth Form. 

Situated in the heart of Cambridge’s Biomedical Campus, the school is surrounded by world-leading academic and commercial organisations which sponsor, support and contribute to the life and work of the college. 

As part of their curriculum, students work in state-of-the-art laboratories, learning in innovative and exciting ways, working with CAST’s unique partnerships with universities and industrial partners.
